Tapir Run at White Oak in Garner

Good run but very wet and cold - had a nice group show up in spite of the not great weather - we had 9 folks run - most of us did two loops in the park - we started at the closed Tom Jones store parking lot - it was cold and wet but a good run -

26.2 with Donna Half Marathon

Good race - started with Emily, Meri and Jon.  Jon and Meri were pacing the 6:30 runners - I was able to hang with them for three miles but was really was a bit too much for me so Emily and I dropped off and slowed up a bit - with in a mile I was recovering and we had a good run from there on - I really enjoyed the run - Emily is a great running partner.  I was very very cold and windy but at least the Sun was bright and the shy was blue. I was a good race.

Symphony Lake Green-way run with Jon

Nice run with Jon - Emily was also there walking with Farset - we had a nice run and I got to see some new trail - I felt good and run well - not much pain from the fall - I am doing well - no problems or pains -

Tapirs Run at Umstead

Good run nice to be back running with the gang. I was a little tired form a busy day Saturday but other wise OK.  One some problem at about mile 4.5 I tripped on my own trekking pole and fell - I landed pretty well mostly on my right side - did not hit my head - right side is sore and bruised with a few cuts - not bad but I am sore. Other wise no problems of pains -

I had a real nice and fun run.  Not sure how the GPS on my Forerunner got turned off but it was off, ashamed I would really liked to have seen this runs path.  Well it was and pretty and interesting run. My poles worked well and really do seem to help me fell more stable while running on the uneven paths.
