Saturday Training Walk

Good walk - my coach has me adding walking to increase my endurance - this is that first time I have been able to do it after the run - Meri joined my for the walk - I worry weather she should of she has a trail full next weekend but she seemed to want to and I enjoyed the company - we filled water bottles when we finished our 8 mile run and took off - no rest break which is good - I did well but was getting tired by mile 2 - but we did finish and except for feeling tired I was good - no problems no pains - farthest I have gone in three months - thanks Meri
