Galloway Clinic Third Run 5 miles

I was really worried about how well I would do at this distance. I did pretty well - my heart rate rose steadily during the whole run which I assume is OK and the best thing was that even through I hit 85% of max heart rate I never felt badly I was getting really tire to the end when my rate was at or near 160 but I still did not feel bad like I did last week. I was really running pretty well or at least it felt well. George put us in front at the first water break and told me twice I was going too fast that the group was breaking up - I did not feel like I was going any faster than any other time but I did not seem to be have as much trouble as before. Running with this group is very good - I am sure I run and walk faster with them than I might on my own. Jon joined us around miles 3.3 and it was real nice to run with him and chat with him - I am so happy he asked me about doing this I dought if I would have done it on my own. My legs and hips do not seem to be in any trouble but the bottoms of my feet are really sore. The toes that had the blister on them do not n seemed to have changed which is good I guess - wish i knew what cause them - I am thinking it was the stairs.
There are three GPS data sets below - I had trouble getting it to do the internals training mode. So that is why there are three sets of data.

Keep up the great work, Ashby! Running seems to help stretch and work my trike muscles somehow. Do you find that to be true as well?

Hi - Yes it is making me work harder and challenge myself.
