It went well this morning I was able to up the weight on some of my sets today. I do 3 sets of 10 for everything except for Ab curls where I do 25 - 25 - 50 also also do Pull-ins, Dumbbell curls, Seated dumbbell presses, Dumbbell pull ups and Pull downs. My scale at home has been given me erratic reading and disagreed by 3+ pounds with the balance beam scale at Rex - I may try to replace it - Rex's scale showed me of weighing less - I was on the zone food plan except at 1:30 AM when I woke up for no know reason I decided I needed to eat something - I was not hypoglycemic but was worried I was going to be but I am still not happy I ate at that time of night - must do blood sugar this morning - I may need to adjust my insulin again

Slow Spokes Thursday evening ride
Good ride and very unusually weather - it was nice and almost cool - we had a good sizes group most likely due to the MS Tour being less than two weeks away and folk are trying to get in a
few miles - I moved the seat forward and believe it helps a bit but I am still having trouble with circulation on the right side and a bit of pain due to this - I fell I can ride the Tour since I can stop every 12 or so miles if I want to and even a few minute off the seat relieves the pain - we got a ting bit of rain but not even enough to get wet - Turtle seems to be function well

Thursday Lunch Run
WOW GOOD RUN! - no idea why this run felt so good - I felt great felt like I was running fast and with NO pain - I am really beginning to love KT Tape - I just hope it keeps working and works this well on longer runs - it was sort of cool and just a little muggy but not bad and no Sun - completely over cast - thanks Earl I think - don't get me wrong I love the Sun just it does make it hotter - I was feeling so good I tried lenghting my stride a tiny bit and that seemed to work well - I also tried pushing off a bit harder flexing my ankle a bit more to do this - I am making these
I have had a couple of folks ask me about how I tape my heel and why I use three pieces of tape instead of two. I combined two of the taping methods shown on the videos to come up with this taping method and it seems to be working for me.

Thursday morning run
Good run - it was really nice out the coolish and not muggy - I felt good and felt like I was running well - I did not feel like I was running real fast but I was running as fast as I felt I could run this morning - nothing hurt - I put KT Tape on this morning - I used the new blue take I got from Amazon - I worry about wearing it too much of if I can wear it to much - it does seem to really help but does wearing it make one dependant on it - does it make the area weaker depending on the tape - I looked on the website but there was nothing about wearing it too much just that it will last 3 to 5 days - I stuck to the food zone yesterday but I did have three pieces of cheese as part of my last meal - I really need to find something else I can eat at that time - I have been making some small changes in my food to try to get to losing weight again so far nothing is working - it is real annoying - when I think about how much what and how I eat has changed and to not be losing weight it just annoying - I really want to get to sub 300 pounds!

Wednesday Lunch run
I had a good run felt good and felt I was running well - tiny bit of pain in right Achilles at the start but this lasted less than a minute and was then gone - no other problems or pain - I did remove the KT Tape last night - next time I will leave it on in case I run Wednesday - I was feeling a little down and a bit uptight for no reason that I could think of so I decided what I need was to run - it was good - feeling better now - I stuck to the food zone yesterday except of a little Peanut Butter after the Brick but that was the last of it and I will not buy any more for a while - I registered for the OBX Half Marathon yesterday - last day before the cost went up - I am still concerned about doing two Halves one week apart but my friends think I can do it - I hope they are right.
