A real nice ride - well done by NCBC - I did not hear one complaint - I rode the 40 mile route - planning on a recovery ride for after the half but I rode to fast imagine that - lol - I was sore and on the hills I could tell that my legs were tired nut in general I felt very good and I rode very well - got to see a number of friends but I rode solo most of the time - I ate a banana and a half with some peanut butter on it and I enjoyed both - the two SAGs I hit were well stocked and the volunteers were great - the weather was amazing for July - 71 at the start - below 80 until 30 miles and no Sun shine until mile 36 - it was just a good day - blood pressure 158/84 58 sugar 114 weight about the same - I had been staying with my food plan in spite of everything that has happened over the last week or so but I have been eating more cheese - I will work on reducing that -
