Monday Arms, Upper Body and Core Workout

Good workout - having trouble with wanting to do my strength workouts - just not into them for some reason but I got myself there and I am glad I did - planning to try swimming Tuesday - will have to see if I can get myself to do it - added weight to two routines and one core routine - I did one set to failure of Cable Pull-ins, Cable Flies, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs, Butterflies and Seated Triceps Extensions also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - blood sugar 97 pressure 166/64 58 - weight is again up a tiny bit -
