Good run real good run - I ran with Bert also along on the run were Jon, Emily, Meri and Barbra. I was pretty cold out there but not as gloomy as I thought it might be we had a good bit of Sunshine and it was nice out today - I ran pretty well no pain no problems - blood sugar was 110 this morning weight data is below -
