Monday Morning Arms, Upper Body and Core Workout

This was a good workout and I felt good - I added some weight to one lift and I am thinking about added a new lift to the routine - I did one set to failure of Cable Pull-ins, Cable Flies, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Seated Flies, Chest Press, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs, Butterflies and Seated Triceps Extensions also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - no pain no problems - blood pressure 181/89 62 - sugar 104 - weight up a bit but it always goes up the day after a longish run - yesterday was a new low weight - I am really hopping it will go down tomorrow - looking forward to the run at Tir ra nOg run tonight -
