Thursday Morning Legs and Core Workout

Good workout no problems no pain - I added weight to several routines today - I did one set to failure of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Prone Calf Curls, Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions
- blood pressure 144/80 50 sugar 85 - weigh up a pound - I just do not understand - I am eating no cheese - why am I not losing weight net weight change in two weeks is one pound lose -
