Wednesday Legs and Core Workout

Good workout - felt good and the workout went well - my legs were a bit stiff when I got up this morning so I guess the hill repeats did have an effect on me which is good - no problems no pain - blood sugar 98 pressure 158\88 48 - weight about the same -
