Good session - felt really good this morning - may have gone a bit too hard for 5 days before a half - will just have to wait and see - I am feeling fine now but can tell my legs a tried - I did one set to failure of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Prone Calf Curls, Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions also I added weigh to the presses today - no problems no pain slight stiffness in the inside of the right knee - not sure what that is from - blood sugar 04 pressure 160/84 52 - weight down a bit -
