Team CBC 48 miles ride - My Way Tarvan

Really good ride - My Way was closed due to the power I guess - we had 13 on the slow 48 miles route - I ended up being the ride leader - we had to detour for the first part of the ride Avert Fairy was closed - I did not know how to get around that but some of the other did - we had one flat but no other problems - I had a real good ride and was riding well - the Catrike is just great - my blood sugar was 109 pressure 166/84 49 weight up a bit - I was feeling just fine after the 8 mile run the day before -
