Friday Arms, Upper Body and Core Workout

Good workout - I changed it a bit - I am still doing the slow burn but I am doing two sets of each instead of one - I just felt like I needed to do more than one set - it was harder but that is what I wanted - John did measurements for me today and they are better - I will post them in my blog - I bought a set of water resistant head phones in case I need them for the Historic Half this Saturday - no problems no pain - no blood sugar today pressure 151/72 62 - weight up a tiny bit -
