Wednesday Lunch Run

Good run - felt good - Warm almost hot - it felt a bit humid but I was drying well - nice out there today - little bit of pain in left hamstring same are that felt funny yesterday did not last long - no other pain - no KT Tape today - I ran 1 minute walk 4 minute runs for the first time - I did well - it was a bit harder but I think that is good at least on this short run - got the appointment with Ryan of Healthy Diets one week from today - looking forward to it.
