Wednesday Stairs 45 steps 3 sets

OK - looks like if I use the foot pod and leave the GPS on and turn Auto-Pause off I get good data doing the stair climb - now I can begin comparing them - finished the paper work for the Dietitian and FAXed them to them - I have suck high hopes for this - I hope it works out - I been good with the food today in spit of being hungry some and having blood sugar crash once - I rest the rest of today and have dinner with Dad tonight - no pain - everything is fine
