Monday Morning Arms, Upper Body and Core Workout

Good workout- was not feeling very strong today and I was hurting a bit but not too bad - I did one set to failure of Cable Pull-ins, Cable Flies, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs, Butterflies and Seated Triceps Extensions also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - got to talk to John a bit about his Marathon and his BQ - blood sugar 112 pressure 162/82 52 - first blood sugar above 99 in a long time - I did eat very late last night - weight down a bit -
