Wednesday Legs and Core Workou

Good workout - was able to add weight to all routines and began moving them to Slow Burn - workout was good - I did one set to failure of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions
- had a PT session yesterday with Jessica - it went well - blood sugar 80 pressure 152/84 49 - weight down a little - I found two errors with my spread sheet for my food - I was multiplying the fat grams by 4 instead of 9 so my calories were off - so I have been getting more calories than I thought -
