Wednesday Legs and Core Workout by ashby3 at Garmin Connect - Details

Good workout - felt good and enjoyed the workout this morning added weight to two routines - I did three sets of 10 of Machine Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Hip Adduction, Hip Abduction and Seated Calf Presses also one set of 101 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - blood sugar 87 pressure 149/82 52 weight down slightly - feeling good today -
