Wednesday Lunch Run

Good run - felt good and was running well but in spite of trying to push the pace it was a bit slow but is about normal for the run after my leg workout - I am happy with it - legs were a bit heavy and tired - I had a great physical - my doctor is not sold on Paleo yet but he is impressed with what I have done - he told me I was his poster child and that in his opinion I had completely remade myself - he took me of the meds for Triglycerides - YAH! - this is so cool really feels like progress -
