Arms and Core Workout

Gym session - I am not fond of lifting - I have done so much of it when I was younger - I missed running but if I do not do this I will not get my two gym sessions - I did three sets of 10 of - Pull-ins, Pull-ups, Pull-downs, Dumbbell Presses and Curls also 100 Ab Crunches - my blood sugar was 94 this morning - at new low weight below ;)
