Wednesday Lunch Run

Good run but man my legs were tire - leg workout this morning - I could really feel it on the hills - feeling good and running well if a little slow - I was not as fast as the Forerunner said - GPS glitch - no pain not problems - food plan seems to be going well - I am not sure if the reduced carbs is affecting my energy level but I will wait to see if I adjust to it - I just hope I see more weight lose soon even though mt weight went up body fat went down -
