Monday Arms, Upper Body & Core Workout by ashby3 at Garmin Connect - Details

I had a good workout but I was tired for some reason - it was a bit difficult but I did OK - added weight to one routine - I did three sets of 10 of Cable Pull-ins, Cable Flies, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs and Butterflies also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - blood sugar was 78 pressure 142/77 52 - weight is down again OK it is only down .1 pounds but down is better than the same and much better than going up -
