Good run - I felt good and was running well - today is the day of our running clinic so I went to the track early to do 4 to 6 miles before the clinic - I had a good and different run - I had never run on a track before - this track was asphalt - it was not bad it was different - one does not really need to think about anything except the running where one goes or the surface condition are not a problem - I was glad I had my pod-casts - no pain no problems I ran the whole 10K with out walking a firsts for me and a 10K PR - I did not eat before the run or during it - my blood sugar was 78 pressure was 150/80 50 this morning my weight and body fat are both down so this is a good day - yesterday I ate 6g carbs, 62 protein, 105 fat for 1228 calories -
