Friday Arms, Upper Body and Core Workout

Good workout - felt really good this morning - added some weight to some of my routines also found out what I was calling Flies are called Reverse Flies of Butterflies also I added Cable Flies - I did three sets of 10 of Cable Pull-ins, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs and Butterflies also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - forgot to do blood sugar this morning - sorry - blood pressure was 148/78 pulse 48 - weight up .1 and body fat up - I ate 10g carbs, 85g protein, 126g fat for 1513 calories - Why am I not losing weight??? - looking forward to the running clinic Saturday!
