Good workout - felt good had a good time - was able to up what I lift in a couple of routines which is nice - Asked John to do measurements but he was not available - I did three sets of 10 of Cable Pull-ins, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs and Flies also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - Weight is up again - this is getting very very frustrating - blood sugar is still high 104 - blood pressure was 156/75 55 - I am working as hard as i know how to on this and nothing is working -
