Good workout and I am enjoying lifting again. I did three sets of 10 of Cable Pull-ins, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses and Curls then I added Shrugs, and Flies also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - Wednesdays I plan on doing Core and Legs - On Fridays I will repeat Mondays workout - my blood sugar was 84 this morning - after the workout I tested my blood pressure it was 133 over 75 - I plan on taking it before my workouts - I want to get off the blood pressure meds - I need to get my own cup - new low weight 303.0 lbs. and body fat today 19.1% -
