Monday Arms & Core Workou

Good workout - Got measured by John - I will post those soon - I increase a couple of the weights I was using and had to rush a bit to get finished - I did three sets of 10 of Cable Pull-ins, Pull-ups, Pull-down, Dumbbell Presses, Curls, Shrugs and Flies also one set of 100 Ab Crunches and Back Extensions - Blood sugar was 88 pressure was 174/78 53 -
